Welcome to the Bala’s Fashion’s website terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our privacy statement regarding personal information provided by you. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. This purchase agreement is only valid after placing and receipt of payment.

Delivery Information and costs

All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice. We have taken every care in the preparation of the contents of the website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties as to the accuracy of the information of this website.

Orders will be sent by TNT Post. A set delivery fee of € 5,- for orders below € 250.- will be applicable. Orders over € 250.00 will be sent free of charge. We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 work days after payment of your order. If payment is not received ten days after having received your order we reserve the right to cancel your order. A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in the first try to deliver, the package will be taken back and then attempt to be delivered two more times on different days. After that your order can be picked up at the nearest post office for three weeks. Your package will not be left with neighbours. Track and trace are possible.

Returns

Right of return within 8 days of receipt of the goods. It is not possible to return goods bought as special offers The return will be at your own expense and risk. We strongly advise you to put sufficient postage on your returns. Packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted by Bala’s fashion. Please note that returned articles must be in a condition similar to normal use when trying goods on with original hangtags and/or labels still attached and in the original wrappings.

Legal notice

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed with Dutch Law and it is agreed that the court of Rotterdam shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
